Job Description: Performance of general project management tasks, scheduling meetings, documenting actions, performing follow-up activities, participating in discussions with end-users, and documenting results of same.
May assist with the following activities :– · Assisting with defining and communicating roles and responsibilities for project team members – functional and technical · Assisting with development of project plans including detailing work breakdown structures and critical path · Assisting with development of project schedule and detailed cost breakdowns · Assisting with risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning · Assisting with obtaining sign-off on all major system deliverable by stakeholders · Assisting with development of communication strategies and development of content for communications with senior executives and key stakeholders globally · Assisting with monitoring and reporting on schedule and budget variances · Ensuring quality delivery of team member tasks in accordance to the plan
