Required background:
Business analysis experience
Mainframe and/or UNIX/Linux exp needed
Experience in all phases of SDLC and working within development teams including project planning, estimating, and application architecture, programming and testing
Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies including MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, VB, Access, SQL, Project Server and Reporting Services
Demonstrated statistical analysis experience to support process improvement recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service attitude and focus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to run small project efforts if needed
