Solutions Architect / Technical Lead (SOA)

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement complex, multi-tier B2B software applications
Possess a high-level overview of Oracle SOA Suite 11g product
components, key features and functionalities
Collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts, to
translate business and integration requirement into configurable
component designs and solutions


Qualifications Required Skills:
7+ years overall industry experience developing J2EE applications
Oracle BPM Suite 11g
Oracle BPM Process Composer 11g
5 years of experience with design and development of solutions
involving System integration and Workflows, using the Oracle product
suite
5 years hands-on experience in the following areas:
o Oracle SOA Suite 11g
o Oracle JDeveloper 11g
o UI development using ADF and/or JSF
o User Roles, Authentication, Authorization mechanisms
o Enterprise Manager Security Realms
Strong knowledge with Oracle Enterprise Manager/Admin Console
Strong knowledge of fundamental SOA technologies vis-à-vis Web
Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery, JMS
Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and basic SQL
development
Experience with developing deployment scripts
Strong experience working directly with customers and ability to
brainstorm concepts with strong white-boarding skills
Experience leading small/mid-size technical teams
Ability to design end-to-end integrations
Experience with ERP system integrations

Oracle ADF 11g
Oracle SOA Suite 11g (Administration / Configurations)
Oracle Technology Adapters
Oracle BPEL Worklist application
Aqualogic BPM Suite
Experience with WebLogic administration and performance tuning.
Oracle Service Bus 11g
Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
Master's Degree desired
