Skills & Experience Expected:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience with SharePoint Technologies (SharePoint Server 2007/2010/2013, InfoPath, Search, Business Catalog Services and Object Model)
• At least 3 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of SharePoint based applications
• Expertise in .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012, C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC), ADO.Net, jQuery, and CSS)
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering, maintaining and supporting .Net and SQL application solutions
• Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Designer
• Must have working knowledge of configuration and custom development of SharePoint components including web parts, workflows, event receivers, templates, search etc..
• Must have experience in SharePoint templates, workflows, customization, branding and web development (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript)
• Working knowledge of K2 Workflows and SmartForms
• Working knowledge of Oracle/SQL database technologies and fundamentals.
• Knowledge of leading Business Intelligence/Reporting tools or reporting database design is preferred
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with both users and developers across disciplines.
• Must have working knowledge of ITIL principles
