Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can also function as a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
·           Perform the business analyst function in support of the implementation of automated workflows for information security processes, including security incident management, compliance, vendor risk management, and others as identified in the future, using a COTS IT GRC tool (RSAM).
·            conduct business analysis, identifying requirements, developing test plans, and conducting testing. Facilitate and lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders as needed.  Create Use Cases, identify and document business and system requirements, Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases and Operational procedures and plans.  Develop and conduct user training as necessary.
·           Perform the Project Manager role by working with the team to develop the project plan.  Lead and coordinate task execution, conduct project status meetings, track and report on project status on a regular basis. 
·           Manage the tasks and deliverables performed by the technical team.
·           Participate in system testing and track requirements validation activity.
·           Prepare presentations and workflows using MS PowerPoint and Visio.

Required Qualifications
·           Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis or Management of Information Systems
·           7+ years of progressive business analysis experience with demonstrated experience in requirements development and management, workflow design and COTS products
·           Solid understanding of systems engineering concepts and the SDLC
·           Ability to work directly with clients and management with minimal supervision
·           Ability to work well with team members and gain consensus
·           Familiarity with Information Security concepts and technologies
·           Strong MS Visio, and MS Excel skills are essential
·           Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
·           Excellent personal organization skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications
·           MS PowerPoint experience
·           Knowledge of ITIL, service and process management
·           Previous experience with implementing information security processes such as Security Incident Management preferred
·           Ability to plan and lead projects with minimal supervision
·           Experience with managing a technical project especially COTS implementation and leading a small team composed of technical analysts and business analysts
·           Prior experience with an IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool such as RSAM, Archer
