Role: MDM Technical Architect
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Longterm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience

- 4 plus years of relevant experience
- 2 successful project implementations using IBM MDM

Key Responsibility

- Consult client "right fit" MDM solution specific to their need of implementing single system of reference for customer master data
- Create logical and technical soltion using IBM MDM
- Using technical expertise to ensure functional requirements are met. 
- Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities.  
- Go to person for all queries and solutioning related to IBM MDM technical, functional implementation
- Create business case to help clients bring it's internal customers to MDM platform.

Required Technical skills

- Expert level IBM MDM Server experience (Parties & Contracts, Suspect Duplicate Processing, Survivorship Rules, Service Extensions).
- Expert level Java and J2EE.
- Expert level SQL (DB2, SQL Server).
- Expert level XML/WS standards (WSDL, XSD, SOAP, REST).
- Expert level WebSphere Message Broker.
- Expert level WebSphere Application Server.
- Expert Level Data analysis and SQL Skills
- Expert Level IBM qualitystage, IBM datastage

Domain skills

- Retail and Commerical Banking
- Experience working with data warehouses and/or data marts, as well as Data Management experience to contribute to solutions for clients. 
- Specializations may include data modeling, data architecture, master data management, meta data management, and/or data governance. 

Required soft skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to meet team collaboration and documentation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
