Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience as a programmer analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into system capabilities.
• Knowledge of Windows 7.
• Good knowledge of Oracle RDBMS in an application development environment
• Required skill in troubleshooting of Oracle RDBMS technologies and client server development tools, and application tuning.
• Very experienced with Developing Forms (4.5, 6i, 10g), Reports (10g), and Server side PLSQL objects, stored procedures and triggers
• Experience with ERP systems highly desirable.
• Able to communicate technical issues with users and IT personnel.
• Good knowledge of Configuration Management and tools such as Microsoft Visual Source Safe.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodology, standards, and best practices for quality control.
• Knowledge of object oriented concepts, and experience developing applications using an OO language.
• Must have experience with networks, client-server architecture, relational databases, and designing graphical user interfaces. Knowledge of system modeling tools.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize activities and work under minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work well in team environment to achieve the goals of the department
