Contract Position

Below is a brief of the responsibilities expected.
- On-boarding and Off-boarding resource checklists and How To's
- Artifacts checklist template
- Monthly Reporting Deck for Senior Leadership team
- Compilation of weekly executive deck, and Percentage of Time by Project stats
- Weekly Clarity status of all projects; follow up on needed updates
- SharePoint migration, access & maintenance
- EWR's & Clarity access requests
- Assist with resource management metrics
- Program calendar/PTO updates
- Contractor/contacts updates
- Tracking compliance training completion
- Compiling FAQs for a How To/Where To guide
