Position:- SQL DBA
Location:- Englewood, Colorado
Duration:- 6+ Months
Job Description:-
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems.
- Handle weekly DB Maintenance activities.
- Good knowledge on SQL Server Clustering.
- Good knowledge on Data files and log files maintenance.
- Trouble shoot replication issues.
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
- Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics.
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server.
- Handle Ad-hoc requests for data from business and requests from other IT teams
- Good communication skills and manage Offshore.
- Handle 6 month interval archival and purging of data.
- Maintain the PROD DB as per the Wipro-Dish SLA requirements(99.99% uptime)
