Location: Atlanta, GA
Interview: Phone + Skype or In-Person.
Rate: DoE
Required Skills:
· At least 5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Applications and specialized in Oracle Apps
· Provide L1 / L2 technical support for Oracle application products and interfaces
· Ability to perform Oracle Apps System administration responsibilities
· OIC [Oracle Incentive Compensation] Application Module configuration working knowledge
· Some experience supporting Oracle ERP modules
· Monitor and resolve support tickets via UET (Remedy) tool per SLA
· Ability to provide technical support for Oracle products and interfaces
· Proficient with SQL, SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Unix, and Informatica
· Work experience with integration tools (i.e. FTP, Control-M, WebMethods, etc.)
· Batches, Interface connectivity and feed Monitoring
· Root cause analysis and corrective action
· Perform Production code deployments and updates
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
