  • Installing and configuring Citrix Licensing Servers
  • Create & Configure Zones

  • Securing Server Farm Administrator Credentials
  • Securing the Presentation Server Console
  • Securing the Data Store
  • Securing Network Communications
  • Session management
  • Application deployment and publishing resources on Citrix farm
  • Decommissioning of applications from Citrix farm
  • Designing & provisioning of servers
  • Managing Citrix data store
  • Patching Citrix environment
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in OS related issues
  • Citrix Printer Server Management
  • Knowledge on server management tools
  • Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.

Job Description:

·         6 - 8 years of Experience in Citrix and Windows System Administration
·         Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
·         Good inter personal Skills.
·         The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.
·         Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment
·         Strong Knowledge on Troubleshooting skills on Windows server
·         Strong Knowledge on server management tools
·         Strong Knowledge on Remote system administration
·         Troubleshooting the incidents & problems reported on the servers
·         Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems
·         Carry out the scheduled activities like Patch installations, Server reboot, Etc…
·         Patch management and Virus Management
·         H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
·         Firmware & BIOS upgrade
·         Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.
·         Contribute to internal knowledge management system
·         Carry out user management activities
·         Scheduling, configuring & verifying backup jobs
·         Generating regular reports
·         Knowledge on VMware would be added advantage
·         Ready to work in 24x7
·         Should possess leadership skills
