Job Title:  Service Now – Incident Management consultant
Location:  Houston, Tx

Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills

 

•               Implement, Administer and support of our client's ServiceNow.

•               Configure Workflow, Application UI and Customize ServiceNow applications, Perform minor enhancements requests to the client's ServiceNow instances, including changes to the user interface, system.

•               properties, foundation content, and modifications to existing workflow.

•               Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.

•               Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.

•               Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.

•               Ensure latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to client IT operations.

•               Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.

•               Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible.

•               Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and production environments.
