Techno Functional Business Analyst with retail domain

Must have:
•    Proven experience in documenting critical IT systems, processes and its integration with both internal and external vendors/applications;
•    Ability to write/update functional specifications for existing systems/applications, create quick trouble shooting guide & provide information with system connectors;
•    Strong client facing and communication skills;
•    Ability to work with various client SMEs and TCS support teams to collect the existing documentation, validate the processes or quality and fill in the gaps;
•    Experience in preparing the visio diagrams, topology diagrams and flow charts.
•    Technical documentation;
•    Communicate very well both verbally and writtenly;
•    Define plan, Track progress;
•    Lead skills to coordinate with the offshore team, clients and stakeholders;
•    Status reporting;
•    Communicate relevant project information to superiors;
•    Resolve and/or escalate bottlenecks in a timely fashion;
•    Review of all deliverables
•    Good to have:
•    Retail domain knowledge;
•    Presentation (PowerPoint) skills
