This is 6 Months Contract based in Seattle, WA.

 

Role: MS Project Server Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

 

Skills: MS Project Server 2010/2013, MS SharePoint 2010/2013, MS SSRS, Excel Services and Tableu

 

Job Description:     

Responsibilities:

 

·         Maintenance and Support MS Project Server 2013

o   Leverages subject matter expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause

o   Coordinates issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required

o   Effectively coordinates and communicates issues resolution with end-users

o   Correlates related production issues and assesses trends to identify broader improvement opportunities

 

·         Enhancements for MS Project Server 2013

o   Lead the , Requirements Gathering, Development and Deployment of new features and functionality

o   Translates business requirements into technology solutions. Clearly defines and communicates targeted functional solution via functional design specifications

o   Verifies technical designs satisfy functional requirements

o   Leads/participates in iterative solution design and prototyping efforts

 

·         Mentoring and Development

o   Supports the development of less-experienced analysts through coaching and mentoring

o   Supports team building and internal process improvement efforts

o   Leads/influences groups though effective decision making

 

Location:

·         Seattle, US (Washington)

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1b or otherwise).

 

Qualifications Basic

·         Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

·         At least  5 years of experience with skillsets

 

Skills:

·         5+ years of SharePoint 2010/2013 and related SQL Server 2008R2/2012, MS Project Server 2010/2013 and Windows Server 2008R2 operations

·         Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 configuration (services, farm configuration)

·         3+ years of Experience in writing reports using one or more of the following technologies:

·         Tableau 9.x Desktop

·         SQL Server Report Server (SSRS)

·         Excel Services reports connecting to Custom SQL or Analysis Services Databases

·         Working knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server)

·         One or more of the following certifications are beneficial

·         MCITP - Microsoft Certified IT Professional

·         Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010/2013

·         Microsoft Project Server 2010/2013

·         Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

·         Project Server 2010/2013/Online, and workflow development via SharePoint Designer and/or Visual Studio

·         Experience in developing and testing small solution macros and applications in VBA and C# using documented APIs
