POSITION : SOLUTION ARCHITECT

LOCATION: REMOTE  ( FL )

DURATION: 6+ MONTHS

Experience:

Solutions Architect - Developer  

Prior experience in the role of a solution architect in 1 or more mid to large scale Sterling OMS Implementations       

  

Skills:

• Experience with OMS Implementations                 
• Lead requirements gathering and solution overview workshops
• Be well versed in Sterling OMS base product capabilities/features
• Familiarity with Sterling Web call center application
• Familiarity with developing extensions to Sterling web call center is preferred
• Ability to identify solutions gaps and identify solutions that can bridge the gap and meet the customer requirements
• Ability to estimate the effort required for customizations.
• Lead design workshops with project team members (both internal and external teams)
• Ability to lead the project team and mentor junior team members
• Perform code and design reviews

• Defect triage and perform root cause analysis
