| Aviation Domain experience is added advantage. | |||

| Good communication and presentation skills is must | |||
|
| Roles & Responsibilities | The Technical Onsite Lead serves as a subject matter expert responsible for the development of web based applications. This person will work with PM (Onsite and offshore) and Team Lead (offshore) for the execution of the development work. He/she will guide/mentor the offshore team and help them by removing the impediments. He/she will be responsible to face the customer, provides the demo of new features that are in development, take the feedback and work with the offshore team to address the issues. | ||

| Onsite coordinator will work with the offshore PM and Lead to run a successful sprint and making sure that the task are finishing up on time. He/she will also be responsible for resolving the immediate issue with the build and coding. | |||

| Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Business, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related technical field plus 10+ years of experience Software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) | |||
|
| · Should have work as team lead (5+) capacity in customer facing environment. | |||
|
| · Should have 10+ years' experience in OOP | |||
|
| · Should have 10+ years' experience in ASP.Net, using c# | |||
|
| · Should have 10+ years' experience in web applications | |||
|
| · Should have 10+ years' experience in SQL Server | |||
|
| · Should have 8+ years' experience with client site programming like java script, jQuery | |||
|
| · Preferred to have onsite/offshore experience. | |||
|
| · Preferred to have WEB API experience. | |||
|
| · Preferred to have IBM MQ experience. | |||
