Title: Full Stack Strong with JavaScript Developer
Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Full Stack, Strong with JavaScript on Front End
Job Description:
Points of Consideration for Full Stack on Front End:
- Emphasis on Front end
o More than 50% (50% being the minimum) should have been focused on front end development
- Framework,
o was it .Net? MVC? Then this is not a good fit.
o If the candidate is an ANGULARJS developer, it is also not a good fit. Why?
§ This project will involve pure, core, vanilla JavaScript talent
§ The principles of JavaScript are important, not just knowledge of how one framework works
§ There are a lot of AngularJS developers out there, so be aware of this pattern
o The client is going to be core JavaScript, and then multiple frameworks, including Bootstrap
§ A candidate that has experience on many frameworks, will more likely know pure JavaScript
§ A candidate that has built, from scratch, in core JavaScript is very ideal
- Strength of Skill
o Did they build an app from scratch? With what technologies & framework?
o Was it a small or large team? Were they a Senior resource, and drive the project?
o The client is being particular, because he wants strength, reliability
- Additional considerations
o Comm skills (Mohammed and Ashish are very good, so you're hitting the mark!)
o Unit testing, ideally Test Driven Development
o Strong skills with ASP.Net and Web API's
Timeline of Focus:
- Full Stack, Strong with JavaScript (2 -3 openings): urgent item, right now
o Set expectations for candidates today, to complete code exercise by EOD tomorrow
o Candidates that we find tomorrow, to complete code exercise by 12 pm Sunday EST
- Backend Specialist: don't focus here until next week
- Front End Specialist: we should be good on this, with 3 candidates interviewing Friday and Monday. If needed, I will let you know.
