Job Description:-

- Salesforce.com Developer position will be responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting applications on the Salesforce.com platform as part of the existing in-house Salesforce.com team.  

- The Developer will be knowledgeable in Salesforce.com configuration and programming capabilities, includingmobile applications.  

- The Developer will also provide higher level production support for the  Salesforce.com platform including support for applications that interface with Salesforce.com.

Essential Job Functions:-

- Ability to take business requirements and design a Salesforce.com solution leveraging the native capabilities of the platform with a minimum of custom coding.

- Design, code and test Salesforce.com applications under the supervision of the in-house team and followingSalesforce.com best practices.   

- Provide higher level production support for existing Salesforce.com applications including interfaces to other systems and mobile applications. 

- Possess and maintain technical proficiency with Salesforce.com technology including seasonal updates.

- Ability to work with a project team or work independently on smaller tasks.

- Able to research solutions and solve technical issues independently.

- Provide technical guidance to Salesforce administrators and HIT teams as needed.

- Participate in requirements gathering and testing phases of projects as needed.

- Prepare technical documentation. 

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

- Salesforce 201 Admin & SF401 Developer  Certification

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com including configuration and advanced Apex programming techniques.

- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other external systems.

- Experience participating in Agile and Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle methodologies

- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and mobile applications a plus
