Skills and Competencies
• Must have above 10 years of total IT experience
• 5+ years of experience on Pega/PRPC
• Strong experience in designing and implementing software solutions in PRPC.
• Experience in upgrade of PRPC applications.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Decide and plan the execution methodology and deliverables.
• Experience in banking domain.
• Very good communication skills
