Role: Solution Architect/Functional Consultant (Salesforce implementations.)
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6+ Months
Solution Architect/Functional Consultant:
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, solution definition /Design and Detailing of Processes on CRM/Salesforce with minimum 2 full cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Sound Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud and Force.Com platform capabilities ,Thorough understanding on standard Salesforce objects & Data Model, Security Model
• Should be able translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and scope the work. Ability to provide solution alternatives and articulate the pros and cons of the choices
• Stay on top of the SFDC releases and the features and planning and implementing those features for a given client.
• Experience in market comparison with different CRMs and ability to articulate SFDC USPs to customers.
• Experience with Customer Support, Social media and Mobile technologies
• Understanding of Salesforce eco system, Experience in Third party tools to meet the functional requirements and helping clients with Build Vs Buy decisions.
• Experience in implementing projects in Agile model.
