Role: Data Analyst
Interview: 1st webex (video interview)
Duration: 1.5 YEAR contract
What we are looking for is a strong technical contributor who can quickly come up to speed on our existing system functionality, data structures and reporting tools. The candidate filling this position must able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
In addition, we are looking for a Data Analyst that has experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Our teams are performing product development and production support using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks and processes.
If you candidate has either of the following they will be chosen over ALL other candidates
· Experience working with government agencies would be advantageous, but is not required.
· Working knowledge of a modern welfare eligibility case management system is a plus.

This position is considered a senior level technical resource and requires a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the field of data analysis and software development.
Must be able to demonstrate the following skills: · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail · Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency · Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
Desired Skills and Experience · Domain expertise in Healthcare and Data Analytics · Experience working with Medicaid eligibility data · Experience with Oracle 11g & 12c features · Experience querying XML data · Experience tuning queries using Explain Plans, TKProf, etc. · Experience using database links to join data · Experience creating PL/SQL functions and procedures · Strong working knowledge of SQL and Oracle · Certified Coder, (i.e. CPC, CSS, CCFP, CCS-P, RHIA, is highly desirable) · Knowledge of research methods, information systems, data extraction and manipulation, databases, biostatistics, and predictive modeling.
