While the role is MSBI Architect, we are essentially looking for much deeper experience in DWH/ETL on Microsoft platform than 'Reporting and BI'.
Position : Microsoft BI Architect
Total Experience : 8-10 years
Client : Bank of Montreal
Location : Chicago, IL
Term : FTE/CTH/Contractor
Start Date: Immediate (Urgent!!) Sep 5th
Job description: We are looking for MSBI architect with minimum 8 years of experience in Data Warehouse, Data Migration and Business Intelligence implementation. Client is fortune 500 financial services, any experience with financial services is desirable.
Technical skills
· Expertise in implementing end to end Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions
· Expertise in development of a ETL processes using T-SQL, SSIS and Data modeling
· Highly desired experience in Multi-dimensional modeling, Cube development, Reporting and Visualizaton
· Dot Net and Web development experience is huge plus
Project Management skills
· Experience in gathering requirements.
· Experience in leading and driving projects.
· Experience in working with onsite/offshore model
· Experience in working with multiple stakeholders business, IT Teams, offshore teams.
· Excellent communication skills
