Primary Skills:

WAN, LAN, DC Networks, Wireless,, Nexus 9k/7k/5k, Cisco Switches,Cisco 4000 / 4500 / 6500 / 7200 routers,802.1x, WPA/WPA2 and ITIL

 

Good to have Skills:

NMS / Analysis: Cisco works 5.0 / 2000, What's up Gold, Sniffer Pro 4.5 / 4.6, Sniffer Reporter

Sound major vendor technologies & architectures (LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security/Unified Comms/Data Centre) and products knowledge essential

Experience in implementing solutions via controlled change control governance procedures

Comprehensive understanding of major data networking technologies and concepts

ITIL V3

 

Job descrption:

Act as a lead to the Data Network support team

Own and drive the team to achieve the defined KPIs

Plan, Design, Build, configure, deliver & document network integrated solution keeping in mind the agreed timelines for any new project requirement

Transition all installed project handover to Operational Support

Attending internal and external project meetings

Working with Presales and/or Design Consultant on the high level design approval

Understand and deliver detailed customer requirements

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements

Contributing and producing regular status reports as required

Escalating overall non delivery issues in timely and structured manner as required

Providing day to day hands on technical support across multiple services
