Role: Business Analyst with ITSM and ITIL Processes
Position: Ashburn, VA
Job Description:
• Good oral and written communication skills, good investigative and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL Processes
• Progress tracking for the Service Now integration. Ensuring that the progress is being efficiently tracked and presented to executives. Previous experience with executive presentation and scorecards is required.
• Experience of scorecard preparation using Jira, Start Now, Excel and Power point
