Job Description:

Role

·         Assist in driving the CDO agenda across CCB, inclusive of Agile & DevOps

·         Manage Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Tools Infrastructure

·         Support Continuous Development/deployment  process (ARM, AIM, Jules)

·         Tools integration (Confluence/JIRA)

·         Assist ADM in BD Scanning and SEAL/FRS  library onboarding

 

Qualifications

·         10+ years of Overall technology industry experience with an emphasis on delivery, optimization,  automation and continuous improvement

·         Broad Information Technology experience running / supporting high performing application delivery teams 

·         Demonstrated ability to think strategically and outside the box coupled with practical execution to solve multi-dimensional, complex business and technology challenges

·         Demonstrated initiative and creativity; strategic thinker with proven analytical abilities

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment and have good communication skills

·         Ideal candidate would be a strong leader who has experience in leading and implement changes across delivery in a global matrix team.

·         Ability to build rapport, gain respect and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment.

·         Proven ability to communicate with all levels, influence others, inspire/motivate the team and solve problems/remove obstacles in a timely manner

·         Strong knowledge of SDLC including Agile scrum experience

 

Technology Skills

·         Minimum 5+ years of build automation and continuous integration experience in a DevOps shop Eg. FAST ARM ; JENKINS ; PUPPET ; iROBOT etc

·         Minimum 3+ years of experience with Atlassian tools like GIT/Bamboo/Stash / Jira / Confluence

·         Knowledge base on Websphere OR Weblogic Application Servers.

·         2+ years Experience with Ant, Maven, nAnt, BuildForge and Perl for script automation.

·         Strong scripting background (Perl/Python/Shell)

·         Strong exposure to DevOps in an AD/OPS capacity

·         Strong exposure to Java / .NET SDLCs ; experience delivering key initiatives including monitoring dashboards

·         Good exposure to Cloud technologies – AWS or Azure etc

·         Strong infrastructure background spanning creation & maintenance of environments ; assessing usage & optimizing for cost and performance

·         Strong performance tuning background
