In-circuit emulator/debugger
Software testing
Oscilloscope/lab tools
Good written and spoken English skills

Nice to have:
ARM core
IAR compiler and IDE
Assembler (ASM) programming
Version control
Embedded linux knowledge
Wireless protocols
