Location:  Chicago, IL –

Duration:  6-8 months to HIRE (must be eligible to transition to fulltime – Need EAD/GC or better)

 

 

Description:

Our client is building an offshore team. They need an onshore Technical Lead to lead a team of 7-9 .NET Developers. This person will lead and oversee the day to day activities of the offshore team and work with the offshore technical lead to manage productivity.

 

Responsibilities:

-Write technical specifications

-Provide guidance and direction to offshore team overall and individual members

-Travel to India to meet offshore team (1-2 a year)

-Detailed code review (NOT doing development specifically but could get "hands dirty if necessary")

-In depth Issue analysis and resolution

 

Required Skills:

-C#

-ASP.NET

-IIS

-SQL Server

-Full Microsoft Stack from development perspective (not infrastructure)

-Excellent communication and leadership skills
