Role: Sr. Cloud Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Rate: $50/hr on C2C MAX

 

Overview:

'- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
- Experience with automation/configuration management using Ansible.
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
- Strong Experience with Container Technology Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Hands-on Experience with OpenStack Platform
- Specific working Experience with OpenStack Cinder, Glance, Ceph and Swift projects
- Strong Experience with SQL (NoSQL Experience is a plus)
- a working understanding of code and script (Python is a must, Perl, JavaScript)
- Test Case automation Experience.
- End to End Knowledge of best practices and IT operations centered around Roboustnes, Scalability and HA 

 

Secondary Skills:

'- Enterprise IT management Exposure.
- Experience with Main Stream OO Programming Language (Java, C++, C#, Delphi)
- Proficiency on Bash and Shell scripting
- Hardware Architecture
- System Management Software knowledge
- Storage Deployment to Scale
- Network Architecture
- Software Defined Network Knowledge
