Looking for BPM and ITSM background. BPM is a big plus, along with ITSM.
Strong communication team internal and external. Understanding Service Now limitations.
Need someone onsite. Office in ATL.

• Provide an overview of ServiceNow BPM Experience
• Provide overview of ITSM experience
Work Experience/ Education:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer preferred
• 3+ year experience working with or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C#, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML
• Experience developing software to support process flows, methods and procedures, functional requirement documentation
• Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Experience managing/leading teams and leading architecture design reviews with internal, offshore, and third party development teams
• Must display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
