URGENT BACKFILL - MS Dynamics Analyst

Location: Maitland, FL

Rate: $60/hr

 

Any Visa is Ok ( BUT IF OPT/ CPT MUST HAVE VALID DOB) !!

 

Techno Functional MS Dynamics Analyst (BA focuses purely on Dynamics)

Client facing, will be training clients on Dynamics after their upgrade – training experience and comm are key

 

·         Ability to read and write programming languages such as PL/SQL, JavaScript, .aspx

·         Knowledge of Banner a plus

·         Knowledge of systems integration a plus

·         Knowledge of scalable security modeling a plus

 

·         Some of the soft skills needed would be:

·         Extreme patience – they'll need to be able to explain the same concepts repeatedly to an audience that is not technologically savvy

·         Ability to stay calm in high pressure, intense situations

 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years in a consulting role or field, preferably in software, learning, or higher education related verticals

• Bachelor's degree required (technical related field a plus) • Dedicated to customer service • Passion for technology and software is a must

• Inherent curiosity for demystifying the black box of technology, understanding why things work the way they do in addition to how they work

• Demonstrated aptitude for logical application of problem solving techniques. Ability to deconstruct complex technical issues to identify root cause issues

• Strong ability to work in a very fast-paced, high-profile, change-intensive environment

• Strong commitment to working well with others, collaboratively and constructively

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Strong problem solving abilities

• Focus and experience in achieving client outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical resources

• Basic presentation skills Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a corporate credit card and a driver's license

• Previous experience in or with higher education administration helpful; previous experience in admissions, recruiting, enrollment management, student retention, or other higher education administrative experience a plus

• Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016 experience

• Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016 Customization and Configuration certification a plus

• Basic understanding of Microsoft products including IIS, Windows 2003/2008 server, Active Directory, and SQL Server is preferred

• Ability to read and write programming languages such as TSQL, Java, .Net, or CSS
