Good experience in Network Design (5+ years)
- Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)
- Good understanding of Firewalls and Load Balancers (they are not doing any configuration of these devices, they just need to know how they function to properly included them in a network design).
- Communication skills have to be extremely solid
