Job Title: QA Lead
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Interview mode: Phone then Face to Face
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with requirements analysis for Search/Web design deliverables such as Wireframes, Storyboards, business and functional requirements, Natural Search requirements (keywords and technical obstacles) and other project requirements
• Must have experience in testing Web Properties such as Landing Pages, Web Sites, Web Applications, Content Management Systems and webservices.
• Familiarity with Project lifecycle for Web or Search Advertising projects
Technical Experience
• Deep knowledge of OSX and Windows with familiarity of Unix.
• Deep knowledge of desktop and mobile web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
• Familiarity with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases and ability to develop SQL statements
Quality Assurance Experience
• Candidate must have 5+ years' experience in developing and implementing test plans and testcases.
• Candidate should have a solid background in test lifecycle, methodology, design and configuration management techniques.
• Familiarity with estimating test efforts for a range of projects.
• Deep knowledge of Automated Testing Tools to support capture/playback, performance, load, compatibility, link validation and search and test design requirements. Example: WinRunner, LoadRunner, Watchfire WebQA, and Caliber RBT.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA
• Familiarity with the deployment process and deployment supporting tools like Interwoven Teamsite (preferred, not required)
• Candidate should be able to understand and quickly resolve any obstacles/ changes introduced close to the launch

• Remarkable leadership and organizational skills
• Able to coordinate with team members, partners and vendors to support client deliverables
• Able to collaborate with QA and cross-functional staff at the local, national level and international level
• Familiarity with sales/pitch process to support sales team with relevant QA services content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate QA schedules, strategies and process with cross-functional teams to support client requirements
