Job Title	RSA Archer Administrator
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	7 yrs in RSA Archer Administration
Technical/Functional Skills	Good knowledge in compliance & risk management domains Experience in ARCHER tool development with 2-3 years of consulting experience Expertize in Risk Management, with at least one full lifecycle Archer implementation. A good understanding of security management, security point solutions and associated security architecture models Demonstrated understanding of internal security controls Proven ability to assess risks and controls and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience Required	8 Yrs Minimum
Roles & Responsibilities	To be able to develop/support of the various modules in Archer Help maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth Must be able to work in the project independently in unstructured environment with/without any direction & with very little supervision Interact with the client team as needed
Generic Managerial Skills	Offshore Team Management, Good Communication skills verbal and non-verbal are must, Agile Methodology
Education	Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
Duration of assignment (in Months)	12 months minimum
