·         WAN Optimization techniques
·         WAN technology, IPSEC, VPN, MPLS
·         DNS, DHCP, NTP
·         Load Balancing and GSLB
·         Wan Optimization (acceleration, compression, latency reduction)
·         Quality of Service, Class of Services
