Job Title: Agile BSA
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
· Experience of working in Agile methodology.
· Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
· Understands existing systems/computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
· Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
· Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
· In case of issue troubleshooting, should be able to provide mitigation approach and work to provide RCA.
· Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support by training users.
· Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing existing documentations; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Tools experience required
o Expertise in Visio and other Microsoft Office Suite
o RALLY
o DB2, SQL
o SharePoint
Preferred
· Experience in Amex projects.
· Understanding of corporate card and payment structure.
