We have a position open for Cisco Voice Engineer in KY and CA. Please go through below requirement and if you have any resources end me updated resume with contact details so that we can proceed further ASAP.
Location:- Louisville, KY or Burbank, CA
Duration:-6+Months
Interview:-Phone/F2f
There is a secondary location of Burbank, CA (If Kentucky is difficult) but this individual would have to work on Eastern Time.
The TSE will be responsible for supporting both the Cisco Network Team and the Telecom team with the following types of activities:
· Telecom Team Support:
o Provide customer service support to our contact center teams. Partner with them to assess where they need help and make recommendations for process improvements. Work with contact center engineers to drive those improvements.
o Participate in meetings with teams that use or support the contact center
o Support the call center strategy project, which require the documentation and assessment of the current call center environments
o General support and maintenance of:
§ Cisco Contact Center systems and reports
§ Cisco IP Voice telephony environment
§ Cisco IPT and call center related projects and roll outs
§ Calabrio Call Recording
§ eGain
o Interface with end users for ticket triage and issue resolution and escalation of such systems
o Interface with IT Management to ensure department initiatives and support SLA's are being met for support environment
o Interface with outside vendors to for maintenance and support requirements as needed
o Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletions (MACD) and call center working flow designs
· Network Team support
o Site reviews
§ Document/ Upgrade Site Configurations (Visio)
§ Identify single points of failure at each site
§ Document network equipment that is no longer under support at each site
o Assist with routing/switching/firewall changes
o Troubleshoot application/connectivity outages
o Assist with site turn-ups
