QA for Client Server Testing.  Must have experience testing the following (they declined candidates without this experience):

• Citrix
• Windows 7
• Office 365

SOW 

This is a quality analyst position and requires knowledge of testing client and citrix based applications as well as testing an upgrade of a help desk system.

4 plus years experience as a QA analyst 

Excellent communication skills

 

The consulting resource is responsible for the following:

 

• Creating test scripts
• Modifying existng test scripts
• Creating test plans
• Delivering project status and test plans and results on a regular basis
• Working closely with application subject matter experts, operations staff, application packaging engineers, and other QA staff as needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products and Tools including Windows 7 and Office 365 testing is required.
• Familiarity with HP Quality Center is required
• Knowledge of service-now Geneva preferred
