This is QA Software Engineer in Test (SET) position reports to the QA Sr. Manager and is part of Quality Assurance Management team. This group supports mobile iOS and Android products and online portal products.

Software Engineer in Test (SET) position is responsible for developing/maintaining/executing test cases and test plans, maintaining and adding to existing automation framework, evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation of newly integrated features, evaluating product quality, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and validate performance capabilities of web and mobile applications. The Software Engineer in Test (SET) will also work closely with developers and other QA engineers to creating and enforcing good quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of testing iOS / Android mobile applications or web testing.

· 2+ years of white box testing or unit testing

· Coding skills in at least one common language (Python, Perl, Ruby, Any).

· 2+ years of testing / assisting web Services, API's and application performance.

· 2+ Years or automation experience.

Responsibilities:

· A passion for building test suits to find vulnerabilities in software applications.

· Create and automate manual, web services, api and performance test cases.

· Work with the development team to implement automated unit testing.

· Train and mentor other team members on testing best practices.

· Communicate test results transparent to various teams.

· Detect, debug and provide solutions to defects.

· Attend daily scrums and provide updates and get yourself unblocked.

· Work with production support team to resolve problem tickets.

· Quick to react and resolve issues in a co-located work environment.
