 Targeting interviews today and tomorrow

 

Queue Monitoring of tickets/incidents logged by end-users of the new SAP PS, MRS, and CPM modules

 

-       Work with end-users to understand their issues and to find workarounds

-       Identify trends in tickets/request to evaluate if RCA is required and if CI activity is required.

-       Evaluate Work Requests (Code or Configuration Changes) from the business to determine feasibility, size, costs, schedule to support the change.

-       Design/Code/Unit Test Break/Fix and Enhancement Work Requests in Development, Test, and Staging Environments

-       Document resolution steps to recurring issues to improve team productivity in resolving similar issues in the future.

-       Support cross-functional teams in the triage of complex issues that cut across SAP modules and Legacy applications.

-       Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing all accomplishments, issues, recommendations for process and technical areas covered.

-       Ensure that contracted SLAs are met for all Ticket and Work Request Activities

-       Fully understand the Professional Services business processes being followed by EMC and Partner users and how they map to the EMCApplication Base

-       Be a Super-User of the SAP PS/CPM/MRS solution, helping end-user work thru issues and help to identify opportunities to improve.

-       Work closely with technical team to ensure that break/fix and ENH changes are consistent with end-user needs and overall application operation.
