Must HAVE LIFE INSURANCE OR RETIREMENT EXPERIENCE
•Strong BA skillset; experience in business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, process models, context diagrams, data dictionaries and traceability
•additional advantage if the candidate has experience in retirement services domain
•Stakeholder communication & requirements management – leadership qualities
•Experience in working in a program environment (i.e. multiple project stream – and strong collaboration skills).
