·            In Depth process knowledge of  Industries like Medical, Engineering & Manufacturing, Personal care & Consumer products, Pharmacuetical, Chemical, Steel Industry, Kitchen appliances, Lather industry, Turbine, Jewel, Automobile, Specialty Materials, Technology and Semiconductor industry.

·            Prior Big 4 Experience (With Deloitte Consulting, Singapore & Accenture, India.)

·            Expert Level configuration expertise in Quality Planning – Inspection planning & Master data.

·            Expert Level configuration expertise in Quality Inspection – Inspection lot creation, Defects & results recording, Usage decision & stock posting, Quality Level, Sample management, Costing & reports.

·            Expert Level configuration expertise in Quality Certificates – Profile creation & assignment, Certificate creation.

·            Expert Level configuration expertise in Quality Notifications – Different uses of Q Notifications & work processes around them.

·            Expert Level configuration expertise in Calibrations – Test equipment management.

·            Good integration knowledge and experience with Materials Management (MM), Production planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance & Controlling (FICO), Warehouse Management (WM).

·            Good knowledge of ABAP/4.

·            Key and End User Training Development and Delivery – Documentation, Delivery and Management – Training in the area of Quality Management with QM Master data, Internal QM Processes and aspects related to other module integration. Trained Core teams and End users at client site. Used infopak and SAP Presentations to create Training documents.

·            Trained users during classroom sessions on SAP QM and answered questions with regards to excercises that were given to them on each topic.

·            Supported User Acceptance Testing and provided Post Go-Live support.

·            Worked on SAP add-on, ISMP (Industry solution for Mill's products).
