Position: Sr. QA Test Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 8+ months
Candidate requirements:
Strong experience in open source automated test environment (Cucumber or RSpec preferred, Selenium is fine.)
Ability to script tests from scratch (any scripting language is OK, Ruby and JRuby preferred,)
AGILE is a must.
Experience working in a Test Driven Dev Environment
strong Comm Skills. very interactive.
Qualifications (Required):
· 5-7 years of combined Object-oriented development and testing experience
· 3+ years working in Agile environments
· Demonstrated expertise performing SQL/Data verification testing (MySQL and/or SQL Server)
· Proficient with multiple test automation tools, preferably, open-source test tools (ex. FitNesse, Cucumber and Selenium)
· Strong understanding of Testing practices
· Demonstrated experience working on and leading teams
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
Qualifications (Preferred):
· Hands-on Ruby development experience (or any other scripting language)
· Demonstrated experience in performance and stress testing
