Description:

Ø  Experienced in Project management, Requirements and scope analysis of a project and design a project plan, execution strategy to complete the project within the given timeline.

Ø  Experienced in Managing all project management related activities coordinating with the  stakeholders and other managers.

Ø  Experienced in designing BI Strategy for user adoption of various BI tools like MicroStrategy, BO, Tableau and Spotfire.

Ø  Experienced in BI Architectural model, industry standards, Enterprise BI Maturity Model for Netezza.

Ø  Experienced in delegating responsibility and allocate Tasks to resources based on the plan and Track them on day to day basis

Ø  Diligently produce weekly status reports and dashboard for project tracking and monitoring.

Ø  Proactively coordinate status meeting, technical meetings and business meetings with the client on regular basis to identify gaps and mitigate risks

Ø  Ensure team adherence to project compliance which includes facilitating SDLC project methodology, coordinating document creation/updates, and facilitate internal control/review points.

Ø  Track project costs on monthly basis to monitor budget and accruals to identify deviations and take appropriate steps to minimize cost overruns.
