1. Requirement Gathering from business, performing Requirement Analysis, Creating Design Documentation and Getting sign-off on design from business and working closely with offshore team to complete and deliver all the deliverables on time without any effort or defect variance committed to the client
2. Preparation of Test plan and Test Report for new projects and existing projects undergoing change.
3. Leading and guiding the offshore team in various development activities of mapping, session, workflows, stored procedure, changed requirement or data quality issue in UAT.
4. Review and validation for all deliverables before start of Client and Business review.
5. Defect Tracking and Fixing using Quality Center.
6. Performance tuning and scheduling of warehouse and data mart code in the production environment by balancing the load on Informatica and DB servers to meet the SLA of the project.
7. Performing the purge activity on UAT and scheduling the same in production to roll off the data in stage, warehouse and data mart.
8. Creating historic load execution plans, estimating the change requirements and new requirement and identifying the impact.
9. Providing suggestion to client which adds value by improving the current process and which reduce maintenance overheads.
10. Providing production support such as load Monitoring, Debugging, Root Cause Analysis and Production Support for CDW applications.
11. Ensuring that the production loads run successfully by fixing load failures within time in order to meet the SLA time agreed by UB.
12. Also be responsible for publishing production data validation results to the downstream systems after every monthly load.
13. Utilize the best practices in configuration of Informatics & Oracle objects for optimization.

14.  Effort tracking and timely Status reports to client for all ongoing deliverables for a month or a quarter.
