| Duties & Responsibilites : | · Good general understanding of HR environment-different platforms, cloud applications, talent applications, general HRIS processing experience · General functional analyst training- test scripts, reaching out to vendors, working with business users to do UAT · Ability to work in a fast paced environment · Good solid background in SAP HCM o Understanding of HCM infotypes o Basic configuration- they will NOT be doing hands on configuration, but they will potentially have to touch some back end SAP doing analysis o Talent suite for SuccessFactors is a HUGE plus "gold star there" o SAP Payroll experience o SAP Time Attendance Required Skills: SAP Applications (SAP HR, SAP HCM, Success Factors, Time and Attendance, Payroll Experience) |
