High level Description of Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Knowledge in the domains of Social Media, Voice Portal system, Finance, Banking and Risk Analysis.

·         Strong knowledge of Jive SBS Collaboration tool.

·         Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

·         Good understanding of Project life cycle, including requirement gathering, software development, testing and testing methodologies for all testing stages, production rollout, post implementation support.

·         Cross-functional Team Leadership

·         Experience and knowledge in designing web-based enterprise applications using the J2EE framework involving technologies such as Java, Java Server Pages, Free Marker Template, JavaScript, JQuery, Google Closure Templates.

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills

 

Must have skills:

·         5+ years' experience developing complex software applications in J2EE

·         At least 1 year development experience on Jive Platform

·         Strong experience with J2EE server side development.

·         Experience with HTML, JavaScript and/or CSS.

·         Knowledge of social networking software such as Drupal, Telligent, ect is preferred.

 

Certifications:

BS / MS in Computer Science, or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
