Job Title:  ITIL Service Management Analyst 

Location:Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6-12 Months


Required background:

1. Full understanding of ITIL service management model.

2. Experience in working with Agile project teams.  

3. Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

4. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Office, and SharePoint.

5. Excellent Communication and mentoring skills.  Must be able to ensure service management concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.

6. Strong organizational skills.  Delivers quality work on time, translates planning into action by following applicable established procedures or methodologies.  Anticipate and address barriers, appropriately communicates and resolves or escalates any problems that arise.

7. Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal/external stakeholders, gets customer information and uses it for improvements, acts with the customer in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect..
