Remote Project
▪ Genesys Composer
▪ Cisco Customer Voice Portal CVP
▪ JSP and Java
▪ VXML utilizing ASP and C#
The IVR Development Contractor also should have exceptional communication skills, adhere to established processes, be detail oriented, enjoy mentoring other consultant.
Experience working cases with Genesys and / or other IVR vendors. Previously established relationships with Genesys TAC are a plus. The ideal IVR Development Contractor candidate will have experience in developing large-scale VXML IVR applications using DTMF and Nuance Speech Recognition. Experience with VUI Design and / or the suite of Nuance products is highly desirable.
A solid understanding of the IVR DTMF and Speech Recognition business and technology is required.
- Perform Discovery, Design, Development and Testing with the following products and concepts
- Critical IVR Development Environment Skills
- Genesys Composer; and JSP and Java with and without Composer; and / or ASP and C# with and without Composer
- Data Transfer to and from Genesys GVP and other Genesys and third party systems
- DTMF IVR applications
- Speech Recognition IVR applications
- Press or Say
- Directed Dialog
- Natural Language
- Expert level Java and / or C# development skills
- Reporting – ensuring the resultant IVR applications write all data required to meet the client's reporting requirements
- Integrate VXML IVR applications with third party software.
