Position: MSBI Architect
Location-Redmond WA

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Significant experience working as MSBI Architect in multiple projects, with involvement in all SDLC phases of MSBI projects.
• Should have good hands-on experience working on MSBI suite of products – SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/Power BI (Power View, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power Map) / PerformancePoint (on SharePoint)/MDS/DQS/Data Mining).
• Strong knowledge of estimation in MSBI suite of products.
• Strong knowledge of Dimension Modeling
• Extensive experience in architecting ETL / OLAP solutions
• Strong knowledge of Performance tuning on any RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 etc.)
• General awareness of Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Analytics, Enterprise Dashboard, Key performance Indicators (KPIs), Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data governance and DB appliances is desired
• Should have excellent communication and customer presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of overall experience with majority experience in multiple tools of the MSBI suite of products (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/Power BI (Power View, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power Map)/ PerformancePoint (on SharePoint)/MDS/DQS/Data Mining).

Excellent oral and written communication skills
