Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL. May need to travel to China based on the client requirements
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Description:
· LA specific legal requirements to do B2C business model in LA
· eCommerce experience with R12 ERP where in goods are imported in the country
· Preferred payment methods used by the consumers and integration of the same with R12 ERP
· Specific legal requirements to print documents in certain way or must have info on the documents like Invoice, packing list
· Tax related requirements for B2C process
· custom related requirements
· Oracle R12 ERP knowledge to do business process mapping and perform the gap analysis
· Consumer portal related requirements like how customer like to see the pricing (with tax, without tax, decimal points, total order amount)
· Post sale service related requirements like returns, service contracts, repairs
· Bi-lingual capabilities in collaboration with business - both Portuguese and English
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Will be working with Business teams to identify the process as per LA (Brazil) legal requirements for doing ecommerce business in China where goods are imported from other country, map the process within Oracle ERP R12
